There are several ways to advertise with the Trumpeter Society. If you are a retailer who gives Trumpeter Society members a 10% discount in your store you will automatically receive an ad on our Retailer Supporters page and you will receive a FREE small ad in our annual Trumpeter Salute convention program booklet.
Over 300 program booklets are printed and given to all attendees at Trumpeter Salute. If you purchase, or receive a free ad, your ad will also be placed into the PDF version of the Trumpeter Salute program booklet. The Trumpeter Salute program booklet is also available as downloadable PDF file from our website from April 2020 to January 2021. As a result, hundreds of people will see your ad and will get to know your store.

• Half-page size ad (4w x 5.25h Inches/11w x 9h cm): $50
• Full page size ad (4w x 8h in/11w x 19h cm): $100

NOTE: The program book will also be available as a downloadable PDF file from the Trumpeter Society website so many more people will be seeing your ad other than just the 300-350 people who attend Trumpeter Salute. The downloadable Trumpeter Salute PDF program book will remain on the Trumpeter Website, free for downloading, until January 2019. Your ad will be seen for almost a full year.
TRUMPETER SALUTE VENDOR TABLES 2023
The vendor table pricing has not increased from 2015. The table prices are $50 for a 3x6ft table and you will also receive two dealers passes for the entire weekend. There is limited space so book now -- vendor spots fill up fast.
